What's a good motherboard/ram combo for a 3.06 P4?

I am getting a 3.06 800fsb HT P4 soon and I am wondering what's a good motherboard/ram combo. I want to be able to run two serial ata Raid 0 setups, so I was considering the Abit IC7-G. Is this a good motherboard? Also what ram should I get for it? In my AMD rig right now I'm running 2 256MB Corsair XMS PC2700. I've heard that Kingston HyperX is the best for a P4, what do you guys suggest?
