What's a good monitor for about 200$?

One that has good image quality and refresh rates. High res like 1600x1200 not necessary because the computer won't be used for games. Any suggestions thanks.

Newegg has the Samsung 955DF for under $200. Won't do 1600 x 1200 too well (only 68hz), but rocks at 1280 x 1024. 955 DF
