What's a good mild mutiplayer flight sim game?

I've been looking for multiplayer games and a majority of them are shoot-em-ups. Can anyone recommend a fairly easy to play flight combat game? Or something that's more collaborative than just killing each other?

Try Wings of Prey. There's a demo out on Steam. Seems fairly mild, but I've only played the demo. I'm not a big flight sim guy, but my buddy raves about Wings of Prey and is always trying to get me to buy it so we can team up in multiplayer. I haven't tried the multi, but I hear it's quite fun.
