What's a good microphone for speech recognition?

I started using Dragon Naturally Speaking 8 and I need to get a good microphone for it. Whats a good microphone nowadays? Would it be a USB mic, or still analog? I would prefer if it was a headset by the way.
 
Plantronics used to sell some pretty sharp looking and decent performing headsets in the 20-30$ range.
