What's a good Line Graph Maker I can use for free? Office 2007 ain't got it.

I'm trying to submit a review to Patrick as the paper is due.. I am trying to add graphs for the hyper power cables comparison but I can't seem to find smooth line graph for them. The only ones available are straight lines. There is smooth line graph available in the selection but that's for X & Y values-only which is not the one I need. The smooth line graph I'm talking about is like this below... Anyone know where I can get a small application that makes smooth line graphs and that take text instead of number values?

This is what I want.... but with smooth lines, not straight lines.

In not at a PC right now but I think excel has best fit lines or trends in the graphs. Either that or I think you can use the linest function to estimate a line and graph that.
