What's a good junk/advertisment proxy server?

I am looking for a proxy program in which I can make a list of URLs, hosts, etc that I want blocked.. I know there are programs that do this for individual computers... however, I would like to setup one block list and be able to point all my computers on my network to the proxy.. that way I only have to update in one spot.
