I use WinISO to extract ISO files at this time, but I've heard good things about Alcohol 120% (I guess it makes ISO files look like virtual CD drives, which can be convenient for some applications).

Alcohol 120% can create/burn images (almost all the formats, including CloneCD). It also comes with a virtual CD emulator.

However, I use Alcohol 120% to rip and Daemon-Tools to mount my ISOs.
