Whats a good Intel 865/875 board to get?

I plan to pair it up with a "C" P4 2.6 or 2.8GHZ CPU. I have my eyes set on the Abit IS7-E which is only $99. BTW whats the difference between the "E" and the regular IS7? Thanx.
