Whats a good inexpensive torque wrench to use for auto jobs?

Your arm....it's cheap but not necessarily the most accurate. 🙂

If you can unscrew a spark plug with your bare hands, I salute you.

The inch pound one is better for things like spark plug and low toque settings, whereas one with ft-lbs markings might be better suited for brake jobs, and bigger (10mm and up) bolts/nuts.

why the hell would you unscrew a spark plug with a torque wrench?

Only problem with the clicking ones is that every so often you have to have them reset or "tuned", so if you can live w/ manual, use it. And for sparkplugs... tighten by hand, and then tighten ~1/4 to 1/2 turn. That should be good and tight.
