What's a good IEEE 1394 Firewire card?

I'm getting into Digital Video editing stuff, so I'm thinking about add a Firewire card to do capturing from DV cam. My price range is under $100. I don't need any software bundels with it because I already have Permiere 5.1 & AfterEffect 4. A little over $100 is all right, if the card is really good but I don't think I need & can afford a Cannopus Raptor.
