Whats a good hijack this site?

I'm conserned about internet useage when I've no programs running. Could It be incomming pings? Or could it be that I'm (gasp) a zombie? Ive run spybot, ad aware and ms antispyware and updated antivir and done a full file scan. Still my router is blinking. I feel so unclean here.

Run a firewall (e.g. zonealarm) and see what the logs say. I don't know if I would recommend ZoneAlarm necessarily, but something like that should give you a clue as to what the traffic is. You could also try start->run->cmd <enter> netstat -a <enter> to see where your computer is connected.
