what's a good free isp?

i unfortunately have to hook up to a free isp via a 56K modem. what are some good free ISPs? any advice would be appreciated.

I found lycos to be pretty good.

Stay away from net-zero because thats the chance of getting a good connection ZERO.

There are a lot to choose from. I'm currently using Juno but it is really quite annoying with the pop-up ads. I've heard alta-vista is not bad.

Netzero is pretty good. And you can also "set aside" their banner if you are so inclined,ut thats wrong and I do not condone it.
