Can anything good be had for around $50? Or do I need to spend up to $100? This is for fish (dont know what else you really fillet).

Can't go wrong with Henckels. I have 5 of the Professional S series knives in my block with a sharpening steel and 10 matching Henckels steak knives. I have room for a few more additions but really the knives I have are all I really need.
