Whats a good file browser?

Can't think of what they are called. Like explorer.exe is one, but its attatched to the shell. So I need a stand alone browser thats not attatched to windows. What are some of your guys' favorite browsers?
 
Yeah, I played with PowerDesk in the past too, but now I just use Explorer on Detail view, and turn off all of the "limitations".
