Whats a good fan?

i need a new fan for both my processor and my case! which fan r the best around 40 dollars?

Following the advice from the kind people of these forums I got a few Panaflo L1A's for about $5 each from Ebay. They are VERY quite and put out decent air flow. I also have a couple Fan II from Enermax. They are a bit louder but seem to put out more air then the Panaflos. I have seen many times that people here get Panaflos from bgmicro for cheap but I do believe you have to buy the 3 or 4 pin adapters seperate. All I am speaking of are 80mm fans and I only used them on my case, but seems to me you cant go wrong w/ Panaflo L1A's for the case. Good luck.

With that budget, you should EASILY be able to get all the fans you need. It really depends on what you're looking for... a lot of airflow, low noise, or a compromise between the two.
