What's a good DVD player/decoder?

My ASUS Premium SLI mobo does not have intervideo win DVD.
My BFG 7800 GTX has nv DVD which does not seem to work becaues it's missing some audio plugin.
All my other parts did not come with any DVD software.

Anyone know where I can get some good DVD software for free or is it worth shelling out some $$$ to get a full version? LMK

Get Nvidia's DVD decoder if you don't mind paying. DScalar is good if you want to go free.

Get Videolan player. It's free and includes an excellent dvd decoder.

I like Power DVD cuz of the interface and ease of use. I've tried many but I always seem to come back to Power DVD.
