What's a good drive sanitizer?

I'm in need of one of these that can boot off a CD and zero out multiple drives at once. We've tried Autoclave and it gets the job done, but is limited to one at a time. If I switch terminals and try to do another drive, it screws up. So. . . what's a distro/program that can do this?
