It's called "Pencil & Paper." It's still in beta testing, but it's supposed to be the best method for learning how to draw.
the computer and mouse are just really fancy pencils, the monitor is really good paper. the course of learning to draw can be done on paper, computer or even dirt in the backyard. starting off on paper is just easier, thats all.
OP, if you want to learn how to draw, head to your local book store and pick up any number of "how-to" books on it. read them a few times, then do the exercises in them. whether you do them on paper or in photoshop/ corel/ illustrator/ paint, youre teaching yourself the basics of drawing. i get different themed books for my kids (and myself) all the time. the latest one ive been working on is dragons.
