You don't need a fuckin' doctor. This isn't rocket surgery here. Go to the hardware store pick up some tubing, and start pushing. When it seems about right, rubber band a ziploc to the end, and you're good to go. Shouldn't cost more than $1, and it won't clog up a clinic, so they can help people that really need help.
