What's a good credit score?

I just got a copy of my credit report and I'm checking out the score:

My name shows up with different a.k.a.'s:

EFX BEACON SCORE: 675 (AKA#2)
EFX BEACON SCORE: 772 (AKA#3)
TU EMPIRICA SCORE: 814 (AKA#3)
TU EMPIRICA SCORE: 669 (AKA#1)
XPN/FAIR, ISAAC MODEL: +673 (AKA#4)

I have no idea why my name comes up with so many different Also Known As, but they're all me. Given the range though, are those good scores?

Fair, Isaac is a company that computes credit scores known as the FICO (Fair, Isaac Company) score. The different credit bureaus can make up their own names. EFX=Equifax calls it Beacon, TU=Trans Union calls it Empirica, XPN=Experian. Those are the big three credit bureaus.

Since credit doesn't work on a hard and fast basis, ranges are commonly used to determine credit risk. The range goes from 350 to 850. From what I've been able to determine, over 650 is the best category, so yours looks pretty good. Up until just recently, the credit scores and the methods used to calculate them have been secret, so consumers couldn't manipulate the process.
