Problem is that no one is sure what Intel uses as Tjmax. So we only have Tjdelta to work with.

I believe real temp is most accurate. In any case just check distance to Tmax. That's the most accurate number. 30-40 DTTM is enough insurance for the chip it seems. Although ran into a dude ran his at under 20 to TJmax and said no problem there.
