Whats a good CPU Stablility Test?

Hi,
Can anyone suggest a good program to test CPU stability. NOT Prime95 though. To do a proper stability test with it, it takes a full day.
Preferably one that take upto a maximum of 2hours.
A Link to a download location would be helpful as well.

I used to be able to OC my XP1800 to XP1900 fine ages ago, before i got my 9700pro, and it`d hit XP2000 well, but UT2003/RealOne Player crashed.
I`m going to try XP2000 again, because i now have a different video card, and have updated UT2003&RealOne.

I know i seems like a crap OC, but for a KT7A-RAID mobo, its quite a good OC.
 
If not Prime, a lot of people like to loop 3dmark01 or 03, but if you check the first thread in this forum that's always stuck at the top (sticky), you'll find all sorts of links.
