whats a good CPU and System temp?

good would be below 50c load for the cpu. ok would be below 65c load for the cpu. keep the video card below 50c.

I'm showing in PC alert 57c for my CPU and 45c for system doing nothing on my computer is that ok?
 
i have a 3200+
6600GT
2 gigs of ram
4HDDs

and my CPU is at 36C reunning SETI 24/7 case is the same 36C

GPU is 52C
