What's a good cheap video capture card?

Looking for advice - trying to build a media workstation to capture and edit video in windows XP. I already have all of the hardware except for the video capture card, and I seem to be swimming in different reviews and options.

I am looking to get something that does the following:
* Capture S-video input
* Capture component input
* Capture composite input

Any suggestions?
