Whats a good, cheap PCI video card with TV out?

Just want to know what a good card would be....I want it for my home entertainment computer to view movies on and my current card sucks. LMK!

probably any of the Radeon 7xxx series would be just fine for what you want.

Try for the 7000. As these are crippled Radeon cores without the T/L unit, most are extremely cheap and have TV-out.
