What's a good (cheap) mainboard for a p3 550e?

I've been using a Pentium3 550e running on a Biostar M6TBA mainboard for the past year and a half as my primary computer. Until recently I haven't minded that much about the mainboard having basically no potential for overclocking. I'm starting to get rather dissatisfied with performance though, and because of that I'd like to OC it. Can anyone reccomend a good, and hopefully somewhat cheap, board for overclocking the said processor?

EDIT: Whoops... my bad. Just remembered that it's a Slot1 and not a S370.

Still, get a board that has 1/2 AGP since the 550e can almost all do 5.5 x 133Mhz for 733Mhz.

Oh yeah, baby! Your thread caught my eye b/c I had the same question a few weeks ago. Right now, I have a Socket 370 P3-550 @ 733MHz with no additional voltage needed! I running on an Iwill BD133 mobo. I bought the mobo locally and paid $119 for it w/tax. After you add in shipping, getting it online would've been about $10 cheaper, but I've had experiences w/DOA mobos, so having the reassurance of being able to RMA it locally was worth the ten bucks.

But the mobo is a solid piece of gold. I put it all together, threw in a stick of PC133, set the bios to 133FSB, set DRAM to 133/CAS2 and viola! Instant P3-733! Not really familiar with Slot 1 boards though. Good luck w/it. I just wanted to let you know that your P3-550 can most definitely do 733MHz. :)

I just remembered that I didn't add a bit of relevant info in my original post. The pIII is a coppermine socket 370 in a slotket adapter, the bios identifies it as a p3 550E. If possible I would want to use a socket370 mainboard this time around instead of the slotket route. I should have mentioned this before.

I had a Asus p3v4x for a while, it ran lovely with a 550E at 825, at that speed it was a excellent performer.

Try getting a BX chipset because those things are so rock hard stable and one of the best performing chipsets ever made. I love my BX hehe I am running an Abit BE6-2 and I can't stop saying great things about it.
