I like the hohner blues harp, I also had a lee oskar, but didn't like it as much. that being said most regular diatonic harmonicas are pretty cheap anyway.

I've gottne the idea that Hohner makes the best harmonica... but there are so many different types. What's the most popular/versatile and easiest to learn on?


Also, how comparitively hard/easy is it to learn the harmonica rather than guitar/piano?

Most of the reviewers I've read seem to think that it's easier to bend on most Lee Oskars, but I found that after breaking it in some, the Hohner Blues Band didn't give me too much trouble with bending, so I've just used that for the past few years.

I thought the lee oskar was harder to bend personally. in comparison to my hohner blues harp atleast

Never tried one, just what I've read. :D
