i checked their site, but my number does not qualify. but they do not run service in my area

Then I recommend Speakeasy. Not "cheap" but its very high quality. Best service company I have ever dealt with.

Whatever you do, be wary of Verizon. They have a good deal but you'd get better customer service by showing a hobo a $5 bill and an unzipped fly than from the degenerate mongoloids at Verizon Tech Support.
