What's a good (cheap) brand of brake pad from autozone?

I will probably be getting some rear $27/piece new rotors for Max and I know that the performance friction pads at autozone were decent in the past, but it seems like they maybe don't carry them now. Their online site doesn't work for my car (their store computer has plenty of matches for it).

I see advanceautoparts sells Wearever pads for $20/set. Then above that are organic and ceramic. I can't quite recall but I seem to remember that one of those sucked. I just want some basic inexpensive braking.

Thanks!

Don't cheap out on brake pads if you are dealing with disc brakes. Go for the ceramic as it seems the cheaper (lower quality) pads end up squealing even with new/turned rotors.

Are organic and ceramic mutually exclusive...? Some pads seem to be both.

OK I just found out the performance friction I had were carbon metallic. That's a decent compound right? 😛
