Whats a good CD to MP3 Program?

I need a high quality CD to MP3 program for my dad so he doesn't have to carry a lot of CD's and can just keep them on his laptop. Free is always preferable but if it costs a little thats fine too.
 
I use EAC - Exact Audio Extractor which requires (I think) an external mp3 encoder. Lame works great for that. I'm not gonna find the links. Google'em.
 
EAC + LAME... both are absolutely free...

Read the AT FAQ's... it has step-by-step instructions in there...
 
use Search on "rpper" "ripping" "MP3" to see this answered many many times in exhaustive detail, both here and in off-topic.
