Whats a good Case for my 6800LE Evga card?

I decided to start a fresh computer since I got my new V card, sound card, speakers, and corsair value memory.

I need a good case that has enought power to provide for the needs of the stuff above.

Also I need a good recommendation for a mother board because mine is to old. I have a socket A amd 2400 (clock at 2000) cpu.

My budget is 150-200

Planning to overclock to alittle for gaming around 15-20 hours per day.
 
I like my sonata, its very quiet and comes with a decent power supply. If your not wanting to spend quiet that much the Antec slk3700 bqe offers about the same features except a somewhat smaller PS.
