What's a good card for PVR?

Sorry if this is a repost. Newbie to PVRs. What is the best card that I can buy for PVR that sells for a reasonable price < 100? I plan on using GB PVR and have no HD needs at the moment, but will in the future.

Hauppauge PVR-150, also has stable Vista 32/64 drivers when needed

For HD you may want to look into antennaweb.org to see if you can get HD-OTA (over-the-air), which is a good quality and free alternative to the cable/satellite stuff, albeit without the PPV channels and such.

Best value under $100 easily. Analog tuner for now, digital OTA tuner for the future.

I'm running dual HVR-1600s right now in my Home Premium media box. They're fantastic.
