whats a good car scratch/marking remover?

saw a commercial for one on tv the other day. I have a green car and I traded some paint with someone in a white car. What would be something good to get rid of the marks? Would i get rid of them before I wash the car, or after?

rub easy,
Mequiars makes some stuff called Paint Cleaner,step 1,
that works if really minor scratch,Or as a follow up to rubbing compound.🙂

Depends on the scratch. For something like this Text I just use a soft cloth and buff it out.
