What's a good budget mobo for P4 Prescott?

I'm looking for a budget motherboard, preferably below $80. The CPU being used is a P4 Prescott LGA775 with 2x512mb DDR2 400 RAM and a x800GTO PCI-e. It needs plenty of SATA ports and won't be overclocked, doesn't need RAID or firewire. What's a good motherboard that fits these needs? Also, what would be a good northbridge for this?

Not overclocking, doesn't need firewire...

Just go to newegg and see what they have, pick the cheapest with 4 SATA ports.

Well, i dont want just the cheapest around, it has to be fairly good quality too. Plus I did try looking on newegg, but there are too many choices.
