What's a good bootable usb creator program for flashing

I need to flash my samsung f3 drives and all samsung provides is the .exe. I need a program thats easy to make a bootable usb to boot into dos and run the exe..

go get the usb key kit from hp - it rocks

any flash drive would do ...... 512mb inexpensive ones to more expensive ones but you dont need more then that much space to serve as a dos bootable to flash your video card or mobo or whatever you trying to do.
