what's a good book to learn about MS Exchange ?

I'm interested in learning more about how to run MS Exchange Server.

Can someone recommend a good book for a beginner? I am fairly knowledgable about building PCs but have no experience with how to run a network.

Mastering Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 was what I used to introduce myself to Exchange 2000 before I set it up.

Since Exchange ties in tightly to W2K Server and Active Directory I would also recommend Mastering Windows 2000 Server. IMO you can't go wrong with a book by Mark Minasi. He is very knowledgeable in the NT environment.
