What's a good book to help me with public speaking?

I have to make a presentation next week for some of the upper management to understand what my job position entails. It's at a district meeting next week, and there will be approximately 30 people in the room.

Problem is, I suck at presentations.

Can anyone recommend a book that might help me out with making this presentation?

Great book, I haven't read it yet though (reading req. for my sr. lvl biz class)

if i were to give you a Personal advice, get this: When you're doing the public speaking, no one knows how you'd perform when you get up there. It could range from an idiot to crowd-seizing mofo. That fact alone gives me GREAT confidence when I perform public speaking, the very concept that I can present myself in anyway I want on the spot light.

I hope it works for you as well.. You're speaking to a guy who used to be shy as hell with people, public speaking, relationship and everything.. I'm glad I turned 180 degrees by forcing myself to be comfortable with people gradually..

"How To Win Friends And Influence People" by Dale Carnegie is quite good, though not specific to presentations. More of a longer-term approach, but still very useful.
