What's a good board for an XP1600?

I'm looking to buy a barebones system with an XP1600 (I will primarily use this system for video capture, etc and very little/light gaming), and I need suggestions on a good motherboard...

Also open to suggestions for good deals on the net for barebones...

IWILL XP333-R is very nice with the AMD XP. Built-in 5.1 sound and very stabile. Use the RAID or just the additional IDE ports. Order the add-on SPIF if you intend to mix sound with your video, it has digital in and out.
