What's a good basic "make your own web site tutorial?"

Relatives want me to make a site for them, or help them. I'm burnt out on helping people with this junk.

Please recommend a decent place that walks them thru the web-sites-for-idiots basics?
 
Just tell them to go buy MS Frontpage. If they can't figure out the basics of it (it's just like Word), they are hopeless.
