What's a good bank for a first-time homebuyer?

I'm planning on buying a home in the next couple of months. I'd like to do a first-time buyer, no money down mortgage . . . what are some of the better banks for this?

PS . . . before you ask, the reason I don't want to put any money down is because I will be using the money I would normally use for a down payment to pay off my car and get rid of that payment. The money free'd up from my budget by doing that combined with what I'm budgeting for rent now, I can easily afford a house. (not bad at 24, eh? ;))

There all the same just get the lowest rate and lowset points possible.... BTW you know they typically will sell you loan an average of 3X the first five years of it's life?

Don't know about 0 down though since I would never do that. I hate PMI etc. But then again 20% of my money is idle:(
