Whats a good average for meg per minute on video?

10 meg per minute? Whats a good estimate assuming you use compression?
I realize it varies by the amount and type of compression, just looking for what would be considered a good estimate.

What format? What resolution? How do you plan to share it?

10MB/min seems about average or just over.

Usually a 20 min show is 150~175MB, and a 40~45 min show is 350MB in SD quality.
This is of course using XViD or DiVX codecs.
