Whats a good AGP card with TV out?

I've got the ATI Rage Fury Pro ViVo 32MB and most people say how it sucks and I'll admit it isnt the greatest. Whats a replacement I can get that'll be better and have tv out? I play games and watch DVD's with this system and the quality is important as well as the quality of the TV output. What should I go with or am I fine with what I've got

If you have the money any of the newer cards will be an improvement in graphics, not much improvement in tvout. A radeon 7500 is probably the best cost effective to performance though. Not saying you need that much but its worth it.
