What's a good 939pin motherboard for under $75

I need it to have an 8x AGP slot, 3-6 PCI slots and 3 dimm slots to support atleast 2gb of memory. No SATA drives are going to be used. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Lol I was convinced that was a 754, since the 250GB, but then I remembered that I researched it and it was 939!
 
From what I have read, BOSE is all about advertising, rich people that have more money than they know what to do with, and little more.

Or normal people that didn't do any research (or did research in the wrong place, like asking the guy at Circuit City) and want "the best" and are looking for the easy answer from a brand they recognize.

Just trying to get a little info out there to counteract the millions bose spends 😉
