What's a good 939 pin mobo for under $75.00

I need it to have an 8x AGP slot, 3-6 PCI slots and 3 dimm slots to support atleast 2gb of memory. No SATA drives are going to be used. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the refurbs on NewEgg. They have some good boards for cheap, but they are refurbs.
