What's a decent HDMI to RCA A/V (Composite) convertor?

My fiancée's ex got the kids a XBox 360E which doesn't have composite out. My stereo in my living room doesn't do HDMI and the kid's like my 32" CRT in their room vs the 32" LCD they used to have.

I need a HDMI to Composite convertor. I see many types. I know with VGA out to composite in on computers the adapters can be flaky.

What's a decent one?

I found it. One of the kids had it plugged in their phone.
