What's a decent fax for a small to medium sized company?

The one we have here now is so ancient it doesn't even have a closed toner cartridge, just an open container with all the toner in it... Every time you have to replace it you have to put paper towels on the floor so only part of the toner falls on the carpet, and your hands will be covered with the crap afterwards.
