my shoudlers are skinny and was wondering was a couple good exercises using weights to widen them out?
much appreciated for any help

My shoulders day:
Behind Neck Press (Smith Machine): 3x10
Front DB Raises: 3x10
Side DB Raises: 3x10
DB Shrugs: 4x10
Upright Rows: 3x10
Cable Push Down: 3x10(not sure of real name, but you have your arms out in front, using mainly your upper back/shoulders to push the bar down):

Shoulder presses, dumbell shrugs, lateral raises, cable raises, etc...but if you're skinny in general, larger shoulders will make you only look weird. You need to have a total body workout routine if you plan on using weights and/or increasing mass.

Good lord dude. How many sets do you do for your chest? I assume that if you're doing 19 sets for your shoulders that you're doing 30 for your chest? 😛

LOL no kidding. Keep in mind that when you do compound exercises for your upper body that you also work your shoulders too. That's why I do my shoulders on Monday and wait until Thursdayand Friday to do my back and chest exercises.
