my shoudlers are skinny and was wondering was a couple good exercises using weights to widen them out?

LOL no kidding. Keep in mind that when you do compound exercises for your upper body that you also work your shoulders too. That's why I do my shoulders on Monday and wait until Thursdayand Friday to do my back and chest exercises.Originally posted by: Fingolfin269

Good lord dude. How many sets do you do for your chest? I assume that if you're doing 19 sets for your shoulders that you're doing 30 for your chest? 😛
