What's a cool small Digital Camera?

I'm looking for a basic digital camera.. something small and cool that takes SD cards.. can anyone recommend one?
 
Minolta:

Dimage X, 2.0mp, ~$250
Dimage Xi, 3.1mp, ~$360

both have good optical zoom. i'm biased because i own the x. and I havn't tried other small cameras.
 
There's a new one coming out that'll fit into an Altoids can ...

I don't remember who makes it, but it's up for pre-order at Amazon.com $299 .. there was a post about it in the Hot Deals forum last week.
