They don't have smart & final or sam's club here. There is a Costco but it's hard to get to the one here, and I don't want to pay the membership fee.
I need to buy things in bulk like toilet paper, paper towels, plastic cups, laundry detergent, sodas, etc.
Is target suitable for this kind of stuff? There's a target around here but it's also kind of hard to get to (need to access it by subway, don't have a car).
