I had a slow day today. Got to do some police car drivers training with cones and whatnot.

Then after lunch I drove around a humvee for a bit, sat on top of a wood beam on a 35 foot obstacle for an hour then drove a humvee around for a bit.

Btw pyonir, you know im back in the states for roughly a year right? 😛 Theres like one shootout every 10 years where i'm stationed.
 
a boring day for me would be a rainy one (no golf) and one where the wife is gone and my friends are away or busy. but i always have my computer to pass the time.
 
wake up, go to work

still at a desk, read atot, meeting, read atot, conference call, lunch, read atot, meeting, read atot

/end work

stay at desk and study

go to lecture

/end lecture

go home, eat, bang the fiance (only interesting part), sleep

the aforementioned encapsulation only happens semi-frequently 🙁
 
get up late

linger on line or watch tv for hours

take a shower and get nice (for nothing)

just sitting at home doing nothing
 
Today. Its my last day of work and I have nothing to do. I get out at one. I'm starving but it'd be weird to eat my lunch at 9:30 so I have to wait for 11. I got to bed at like 2 last night and work up at 6 so I'm kinda tired. SO BORING. The only thing I have to look forward to is the poop I'm taking in about 10 minutes.

You think this board isn't masculine because most people hate cops? Everyone hates cops, we just don't say it to your faces cause you can arrest us. Its not like its personal, you're job is to ruin our fun! We appreciate the order and stuff that you keep, but you're like a parent who gets paid to do nothing but discipline. Its a love hate thing 😉

Plus, like any proffession really theres always a few bad apples. 1% of a workforce that gets 99% of the media.

It might be a little more than 1%. Depends on where you go. Positions of authority like that BEG for corruption. Especially border patrol, I'm willing to bet the majority of that force is crooked.
